About our Staff
We are a team of qualified and experienced teachers in love with children and education. Ours is a very delicate work of protecting and encouraging children. It is a beautiful relationship which springs up between the directress(teacher) and her little pupils as the weeks and months go by and we become their personal friend and confidante.
The staff is specially trained and highly qualified. They hold degrees either from the INDIAN MONTESSORI TRAINING CENTRE or from INDIAN INSTITUTE OF MONTESSORI STUDIES for pre-primary, primary and elementary classes. We at Rishima continuously update our knowledge through workshops and seminars.
MRS. NIRMALA REDDY (PRINCIPAL)
She has done her Teachers training course in Sophia's and Montessori pre-primary course in IMTC. Has worked in Bethany High School as a primary teacher for 15 years. Understands the difference between traditional and Montessori methods.
MRS. TEJESWINI R. REDDY
A graduate and qualified montessorian who has done the Pre-primary, Primary and Elementary course in IIMS. (Indian Institute of Montessori Studies)
